The glue that holds an organisation together: Developing interpersonal effectiveness in preparation for graduate employment

This brief article proposes that a way to boost graduate employability would be to specifically educate undergraduate students to learn to be more effective in their dealings with others and thus boost their interpersonal effectiveness.
