North West Graduate Employability Programme

This brief case study details the European Social Fund (ESF) funded North West University Graduate Employability programme in which eight institutions in the North West of England participated. The project aims to identify the most successful approaches to improving graduate employability and take those forward at the participating institutions after the project ends. The case study highlights some of the diverse range of activities that were used to enhance employability how participating students found the course and how these innovations will be implemented at participating institutions going forward.

This case study was written for the HEA as part of the Employability in theory and practice series by experts in the field of employability in higher education and provides an insight into current developments in practice.
