From Paper to e-Portfolio: Evolution of PDP Support in a Psychology Department

This case study reflects on the experiences of a small team of academics who became interested in PDP in the early 1990s. How they approached the area and introduced it formally into academic programmes is described and considered. In 1997 the Dearing Review placed Personal Development Planning (PDP) firmly on the agenda for all HE establishments.
