An examination of the relationship between pedagogy personal epistemology and the employability of Business School graduates from New Universities.

This research indicates that UK advertising agencies perceive Business graduates as less attractive recruitment candidates than non-Business graduates. The author argues that technical-rationalist pedagogy in Business degrees is a contributory factor. Relational pedagogy is posited as an alternative approach by developing individual dispositions which can enhance student learning and employability.
