Support from students - Initiatives that enable employability through the first-year curriculum

This case study details an initiative at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff to provide Year 1 Speech and Language Therapy students with a more positive and realistic understanding of the four year course and appreciate how it prepared them for employment. The imitative utilised Year 4 students to act as mentors and guides to Year I students.
