University Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer
Chris is the University Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer at the University of Hull where he has been in post since early 2021. He is responsible for the good governance of the University and ensuring its compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Prior to this, he worked in four very different institutions within London in a range of central governance roles. Until summer 2023 he was a Board member of the AUA (now AHEP) and served at various times as its Chair, Vice-Chair and Treasurer. He retains a keen interest in staff development and is a member of the AHUA Development Group.
