Diversity in the Psychology Curriculum at Keele University: A Collaborative Action Research Project

This research project explores diversity in the psychology curriculum.

The aim of the project is twofold: 1) to develop a diversity audit instrument for the review of HE psychology curricula that includes a focus on factors of difference (gender race ethnicity age sexual orientation) other than disabilities; and 2) an action research approach that encourages teaching staff to undertake action within the curriculum resulting in a toolkit for the development of inclusive psychology curricula in the UK.
