Using the HEA Employability Framework to embed employability attributes in academic curricula - HEA Annual Conference 2017 - Generation TEF: Teaching in the spotlight

The session will describe how Northumbria University has used an adaptation of the HEA Employability Framework as part of a fundamental redesign of all programmes of study at the University. The session will reflect on how programme specifications demonstrate that employability attributes have been embedded in curricula with particular emphasis on the type of language used to articulate this.
