Embedding Professional Standards the SMART way

Having developed an online Skills Mapping and Reflection Tool (SMART) to support our Professional Development Framework and the Academy's Professional Standards Framework the workshop considers two things:

• How useful is the tool?
• How do you engage those other than the enthusiasts in developing their professional practice?
