The Graduate Placement Scheme 2001/2002

The Graduate Placement Scheme 2001/2 was executed and managed by The University of the West of England’s Faculty of Art Media and Design and was funded by the Regional Development Agency in partnership with SW Screen.  The main project aim was to provide a unique opportunity for talented graduates to work within interactive media companies for a period of three months.  A Key feature of the project was the development of an ongoing partnership between Industry and Education. It was hoped that by forging project-based links it would be possible to retain more young talented practitioners and increase employment opportunities in the South West of England.
