The first issue of the Statistics Education Research Journal (SERJ) is now finished and available at the SERJ web site http://fehps.une.edu.au/serj.  This is the electronic journal of the International Association of Statistical  Education (IASE). Its aims include the encouragement of research activity in statistics education and the advancement of knowledge about students’ attitudes conceptions and difficulties and about improved statistical pedagogy.
