Making best use of the HEA to transform learning and teaching pedagogies - HEA Annual Conference 2017 - Generation TEF: Teaching in the spotlight

This short presentation will outline how a small East Midlands University used four HEA consultants to devise and deliver a support and development package for staff including preparation of an extensive staff development series. The package also allowed the institution’s Framework for UKPSF accreditation to be reviewed and revised. It enabled a creative and inclusive approach to be adopted similar to a rapid improvement event which brought together a team from across the institution.
