Moving Forward with TESS

This poster shows how the HEA Change Academy project has helped to support the implementation of the new LTA strategy at Kingston University and the strategic use of new Teaching Enhancement and Student Success (TESS) funding. It shows the mechanisms by which a central university department is working in partnership with academic staff to improve student experience and engagement.
