This case study describes an initiative undertaken at City University London as part of the HEA's Recognising Teaching Excellence Change Programme.
The overall aim of this project was to review the current award and recognition scheme and revise this where required to ensure that there was transparency around the criteria a developmental pathway through the scheme could identified with links to the UKPSF (2011) and links to the National Teaching Fellow development programme.
