What do you really need to know?: the importance of the third space in developing institutional CPD frameworks

This presentation explores the argument for a collaborative approach between administrative and academic staff in the development and delivery of institutional CPD programmes. The benefit of this approach is the reduction of the risk of diminution of quality and standards in higher education and to the assurance of equality of opportunity in career development.
