Training is a key part of annual appraisals, where previous training is documented, training needs identified, and training scheduled. The Faculty has run Active Bystander training courses, which inform staff how to best act if they come across abuse or discrimination. All senior staff have been on this course and it is also being rolled out through all staff. All staff also make use of centrally provided training. Of particular note, eight staff attended the Springboard Women's Development Programme, and 14 staff attended the Academic Women’s Programme.
