Annual survey report 2012

We carry out regular surveys to assess the impact of our work upon equality practitioners, institutions and the wider higher education sector.

We use the results to sense check and test the quality of our work and inform future priorities.  We also use the results to make sure we are meeting the targets set out in our strategic plan.

Our 2012 survey:

We received 171 responses from across the sector:

• 85 equality and diversity practitioners
• 37 heads of institutions
• 50 human resource contacts.

It was evident from the results that ECU is a well-regarded organisation and that our resources and services are valued by equality and diversity practitioners, HR directors and heads of institutions alike.
