The Fairness Project: A collaborative project across three universities equipping students to maximise their employability through tackling inequality - HEA Annual Conference 2017 - Generation TEF: Teaching in the spotlight

The aims and objectives of this interactive workshop are to: 1. Introduce the Fairness project a collaborative project running across three very different universities. 2. Give participants a taster of some of the learning and teaching materials we use with other students. 3. Report the results of our project findings to date 4. Generate discussion on the project's application beyond the legal profession 5. Generate discussion on models of collaborative learning which maximise employability by developing individual strategies to tackle structural diversity barriers 6. Generate discussion on how to challenge bias effectively.
