How Media Futures could inspire your students to a better future - HEA Annual Conference 2017 - Generation TEF: Teaching in the spotlight

This session gives an overview of the implementation of a revised teaching observation process on a post-graduate certificate for newly appointed lecturers. It shows how an innovation brought about by resource constraints has led to an enhancement of the process and the better use of institutional teaching experts. The aim of the session is to expose attendees to all the steps taken on this new journey of development and to share with them the tools used and the lessons learnt.
