Impact Study: Developing essential knowledge and skills in health care students via mobile technology

A case study demontrating the impact of the HEA's Teaching Development Grant programme.

The Department of Health Sciences at Birmingham City University's Faculty of Health comprises 11 full-time staff teaching across a range of clinical and non-clinical care programmes. The team has been active in developing approaches to teaching Bioscience across the Faculty. Their TDG-funded project seeks to address how best to support students in all learning environments in a way that increases confidence knowledge and skills resulting in more employable health professionals.
