Inclusive students’ unions: survey findings 2007

Summarising the results of a survey on the inclusiveness of students' unions are and how services are experienced by students from a range of groups.

Findings of a survey of over 400 students and members of union staff to find out how equality and diversity considerations are embedded within students’ unions, and how union activities and functions are experienced by students from a range of groups.

Areas covered include:

  • democracy and representation
  • students’ union staff
  • communications and services

The survey was produced in conjunction with the Association of Managers in Students’ Unions and the National Union of Students.
