NET2018 Conference: Student experiences with supervision in clinical placement through participation in a quality improvement project

Supervision related to participation in quality improvement projects during clinical placement helped students experience equality to their supervisors and being part of the community of practice in addition to teaching them a method of professional knowledge updating. The working methods were based on principles and tools of evidence-based practice.
