This session offers the opportunity to share and discuss the three areas of  1. What we teach now that is different and works (or doesn’t) 2. How we can assess the new teaching to comply with quality and employers 3. What we understand by ‘student engagement’ and how can it be demonstrated 4. The role of the lecturer and the professionalization of ‘teaching’ Each table will be open space and participants will be free to roam between tables according the conversations that take place. Student participants are welcomed to join this session. Social media in HE ideas will be shared with participants
