Responding to the National Student Survey - Report on LSBU Law Department Change initiative

This report was created for the HEA Responding to the National Student Survey in the disciplines Change Programme final meeting on 20th of November 2012. The report details the LSBU Law Department response to the low levels of student satisfaction in the 2011 National Student Survey. It addresses both the difficulty of acquiring more detailed views from students and of planning and implementing a change initiative to address the dissatisfaction.
