Small and specialist institution: mentoring training for staff

The Conservatoire was awarded a Small Development Project grant by the Leadership Foundation to deliver a training programme for mentors which would then facilitate a mentoring programme across affiliate schools within the Conservatoire. The training programme was also devised for use in supporting mentors participating in other programmes, such as MASHEIN’s Shadowing and Mentoring Scheme.
