Surveying the student experience: institutional collaboration and benchmarking

This paper discusses methodological issues relating to a survey of the experience of part-time students in higher education and indicates that the methodology is adaptable to a variety of situations. Whilst the focus is on methodology and its transferability some initial findings from the survey will be presented.
