The University is committed to recognising and rewarding teaching excellence. This year the institution has redesigned the promotion processes for teaching aligning the criteria and evidence base with the UKPSF. An institutional HEA accredited CPD framework for teaching was also introduced to enable staff to further enhance their practice gain recognition and evidence promotion.
