Using a paper-based questionnaire to enhance responses to PRES

In its advertising for PRES 2009 the University of East London decided to distribute copies of the questionnaire on paper for completion and return. This was carried out alongside the "normal" electronic version and advertising via email follow-up messages via all student computer screens on log-in via posters etc.
