This presentation was delivered at the startup meeting of the HEA Students as Partners Change Programme on 14th June 2012. The presentation gives a broad outline of how to conceive and implement change at a Higher Education Institution. Particular focus is given to speeding up the transition from early adopters of an initiative to majority adoption.
