Lynda is a passionate advocate for equity and justice. She is a Lecturer in Sociology and Programme Tutor for the Scottish Wider Access Programme (SWAP) in Social Sciences at West Lothian College, where she has worked for 15 years. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy as well as an independent scholar in the field of critical animal studies. A PhD Sociology candidate, Lynda is researching the experiences of vegan children in the education system with a view to making recommendations to expand its inclusivity. Lynda also writes for Faunalytics and is Editor-in-Chief of the Student Journal for Vegan Sociology.
