Megan is a Development Consultant at sparqs (student partnerships in quality Scotland), Scotland’s national agency for student engagement in colleges and universities. sparqs’ role as a sector agency is to support institutions and fellow sector agencies to effectively engage with students on a wide range of projects, events and initiatives that impact students’ learning experiences. Megan leads on sparqs’ equality, diversity and inclusion work, including supporting student engagement in Gender Action Plans and BSL plans, and monitoring the diversity of course reps. Other areas of responsibility include Postgraduate Research, Postgraduate Taught and articulating student engagement.
