Sonia’s educational background includes a BSc Hons in Nursing and an MA in Research and Higher Education. Her medical background is in Acute Medicine and she is a Fellow of Advance HE. She holds a current Teaching Fellow post in Medical education at the University of Edinburgh where she is a professional and BAME mentor. Her research interest is Unconscious Bias in Medical Education.
