Prior to consultancy, Josie was the General Secretary of the LSE Students' Union and sat as a member of Council and multiple sub-committees and boards. She was also Chair of the LSE Students' Union, where she led a democracy review and the implementation of a 5-year strategy. Josie has experience being an active and influential student leader during a period marked by industrial action, the pandemic and international conflict.
