Richard joined the Scottish Funding Council at the end of April 2022 as Director of Finance having previously held several senior appointments in a wide range of organisations including Chief Finance Officer at the Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service, Head of Risk and Control, DFID and Director of Regulation at the Actuarial Profession.
Previous non-executive roles include Board and Audit Committee membership with Clyde Valley Housing Association and Right There. Richard is a member of the Accountant in Bankruptcy Audit Committee.
