For almost 9 years Tony was a charity trustee and Chair of the Finance sub-committee, and he personally led projects to assess and improve the governance arrangements in the organisation and develop a new 3-year strategic plan.
He has been an Associate for a government education body for over 6 years where he provided finance, governance and broader HR support and advice to school Boards of Governors in relation to disciplinary investigations, governance matters and parental complaints.
His skills include the ability to work with people at all levels in public, private and charitable organisations to understand complex financial and governance situations that focus on practical solutions. He is also a FETAC L6 coach and registered mentor with a range of providers for business, charitable and social enterprise organisations.
