We are delighted to introduce a fully online change impact programme, which focusses on how you can build belonging in your institution.
Belonging is a key part of the student experience, contributing to:
- Student retention
- Student attainment
- Student wellbeing.
This change impact programme offers an opportunity for teams at school or programme levels to start to define the concepts of ‘belonging’ and ‘building’ both personally, collaboratively and with a local identity.
