This paper will outline the process and outcomes of a staff/student collaborative project which took place at the University of Lincoln.
The design a 1st Year Project involved staff and students working together to co-create a model 1st year curriculum for students of Drama. The project team worked together to develop a model which allowed students to work with staff to develop an ideal ‘back pack’ which help embed the core elements of study at level 1. The aim of the project was to enable to establish key skills to ensure smooth transitions into Level 2 and Level 3.
