An AI literacy program for university staff and faculty is imperative in today's educational landscape. This program equips educators with the knowledge and skills to harness the potential of artificial intelligence in teaching, research, and administration. It covers fundamental concepts like machine learning, data analysis, and automation. Faculty members learn to integrate AI tools into curriculum design and student engagement, fostering a dynamic learning environment. They also gain insights into AI's impact on research, from data-driven discoveries to enhanced publication methods.

Furthermore, the program ensures ethical considerations and data privacy are addressed. By enhancing AI literacy among university staff, institutions can stay at the forefront of innovation and provide students with a holistic education for the digital age.
