Project Summary:
This is not a project but the creation of an enduring automation service as part of the University of Glasgow Transformation service. We offer an opportunity discovery and automation pipeline creation service alongside delivering technical automation solutions. We are currently delivering robotic process solutions but plan to use more AI in time: ML and generative AI.
Solutions are delivered to all business areas, focusing on driving value by embedding a virtual workforce by taking repetitive, low-value work from teams.
Impact: We are driving value by removing repetitive low-value work from teams to free up time for more value-added activity and service development.
