Championing experiential leadership development for veterinary professionals: Final Report

Over a 3 day period, 23 veterinary educators from 7 UK veterinary schools attended leadership training through experiential learning, an adult learning style associated with deep learning through self-awareness and reflection. The training focused on emotional intelligence; professional respect; and challenging current leadership paradigms.
