The TEF is challenging the sector to improve student outcomes in terms of employability and securing appropriate employment post-graduation thereby meeting the aspirations of our students. The session offers opportunity for participants to reflect on and share experiences of developing understanding of employability and how it shapes their practice in curriculum design at the programme and module level. The purpose of the interactive session is to share experiences and practice across those academic disciplines conventionally found in Business Schools but will also be of interest to academics across all disciplines. The session will be a facilitated discussion around key questions in table groups. The session leader will facilitate the discussion and attempt to pull together common themes and to disseminate.
