Developing digital competence: A cross university project - HEA Annual Conference 2017 - Generation TEF: Teaching in the spotlight

The development of student digital skills are key in the support of student employability. This session will describe a collaborative cross-university digital skills project at BPP University. It will describe the rationale of the project the process and key project strands which are being developed. It will describe the project aims to improve student digital skills support their attainment through the curriculum and ultimately enable them to meet the demands of a competitive workplace. It will evaluate the experience so far and describe what has been learned to enable others to manage similar projects.
