Group presentation of critical assignment: Initiatives that demonstrate innovation in first-year assessment

This case study outlines an attempt to enhance the Critical Studies module taken by Year 1 art students at Bangor University. This enhancement took the form of a group presentation in an effort to alleviate the feelings of isolation prior assessment methods had caused.
