With increasing pressure to meet the expectations of all stakeholders – including alumni employers government bodies parents staff and students – employability has become a key priority for higher education institutions. But what are the most effective approaches to embedding employability?
In this webinar Maureen Tibby explored the issues using examples from the HEA’s Framework for embedding employability into higher education. She will also be discussed the need for employability to be embedded into all learning and teaching policies processes and practices – particularly into the curriculum – and considered throughout the student lifecycle from the very start of a student programme through to the completion of studies.
