Higher Education in Further Education Scoping Study and Literature Review

This is an initial scoping study commissioned by the Higher Education Academy examining the literature research and scholarly activity of HE in FE. The primary function was to assess the breadth and depth of activity in the area with a view to developing scholarly activity. 77 references were reviewed covering four analytical categories; policy widening participation research learning and teaching strategies.
