Innovations in work-based learning

Using a case study approach in this paper I will explore innovations I helped develop in relation to work-based learning that can help make this pedagogy more powerful. I discuss how WBL can be approached to make it even more student driven using assessments and practices based around ipastive and emergent learning outcomes. While based around Health Care practice this article also explores how the practices surrounding experiential learning can be extended such that they impact can have impact with more standard forms of curricula.
