This is a presentation from the event "The National Student Survey as a quality enhancement tool in Scotland" held at Queen Margaret University Edinburgh on April 29th 2010. It describes the range of enhancement activities that have taken place in UK institutions in response to NSS results.
This presentation presents a wide range of enhancement case studies focused around three key themes: further exploration of NSS results; student engagement; and direct enhancement activities. It gives an overview of the work that has taken place in all three of those areas as well as listing further available resources.
