Overview Report on the impact of the FDTL 4 and 5 programmes

The aim of this report is to revisit FDTL4 projects and identify methods of impact assessment which can be repurposed and utilised to measure the impact of the ongoing FDTL phase 5 projects. The report is based on an evaluation of initial bids and a mixed number of annual end of project and transferability reports combined with project evaluation and subject impact evaluation reports.
