PDP - Inspiring Capability

Personal Development Planning (PDP) plays an important role in aiding students' personal academic and career development. Work has been done through the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at Liverpool John Moores University to develop a model of PDP that runs throughout a students' full programme of study. This case study provides some insight into the underpinning ethos for the model developed.
