Peer mentoring works! institutional manual

Based on empirical research findings the Peer Mentoring Works Institutional Manual provides those working in Higher Education with the knowledge and tools necessary to set up a Peer Mentoring Programme. Written in a Question & Answer (Q & A) format the Manual comprises a list of useful guidelines.

Additionally it contains the tools needed to recruit and train peer mentors. These tools which are included as Appendices within this document are also available separately in Word format in order that they can be adapted and adopted by different Higher Education Institutions in accordance with organizational requirements.
